After pouring his soul into critiquing the Sherlock Holmes–themed bishoujo detective game his company was developing, a game developer finds himself transmigrated into its twisted world as Isaac Adler. Forced to complete a string of absurd achievements—from fulfilling the narrative conditions for Professor Moriarty's very existence to faking a marriage with Watson and getting kidnapped by phantom thief Lupin—he realizes he has become the logical plausibility that keeps the distorted story from unraveling.
