Prologue

There is a misconception people commonly have these days.

The misconception that if they were reincarnated into an otherworldly fantasy world, they would spend truly new, fascinating, and exciting days there.

But, well...

Personally speaking.

I think that is probably nothing more than nonsense spouted by people who have never actually come to another world, having been dazzled by stories born from imagination.

From what I have experienced firsthand, a fantasy world is certainly new and fascinating, but there is one problem.

Namely, that this world has no proper entertainment culture, so there is no way to relieve boredom.

No, to be precise, it does exist. It does, but...

Novels, comics, games, movies, animation, dramas, songs, variety shows, and so on.

For my brain, which had enjoyed and become steeped in the essence of modern, flashy, stimulating entertainment culture, the problem was that there was nothing here but things that were obvious, dull, and boring.

Battered by such uninteresting entertainment culture, I spent over a decade writhing in boredom with no way to soothe it.

And in the end, I arrived at a single conclusion.

“Ah—! I want to start a revolution!”

As the saying goes, the thirsty man digs the well; if it doesn’t exist, I have no choice but to make it myself.

I myself! I have no choice but to overthrow this world’s old and tedious culture and spark a cultural revolution that replaces it with fresh and entertaining culture!

Shall I call it the otherworld edition of the Great Cultural Revolution?

“The name sounds a little ominous... but well, it should be fine!”

With absolutely none of that Red Guard kind of red flavor!

Perfectly wholesome!

All I’m doing is spreading modern, stimulating, and entertaining culture!

...That was how it was supposed to be.

“Is it really true that the First Hero, His Majesty the Founding King, was actually betrayed by his comrades and founded a new kingdom by cooperating with the Demon King?!”

“According to analysis, thanks to your novel, the number of applicants to the Royal Academy this year has increased by over 400%...”

—Breaking news! Mages who were dueling while personally riding golems seriously injured! Was the cause an attempt to recreate a scene from a comic?—

“Author! Please explain the suspicions that you created a real dungeon and then made your work by observing the adventurers exploring that dungeon!”

Why are things getting bigger and bigger...?
