Ten years ago, dungeons appeared in Japan after a mysterious, cute character-like life form called Danpon came from another world. High school student Taira Ichino, invited by a friend, goes to a dungeon in Osaka's Umeda Station. However, it's crowded, making it difficult to fight monsters effectively. He only gains a little experience and a mysterious can called a 'D-can' of unknown contents and opening method. Wishing for his own dungeon, he opens the D-can at home, finding skill-granting candy inside.
