There are currently two types of users in OdinDoti.
One type uses Modern controls.
They’re the casual crowd that either came in through this new release, or played the previous game, Tyr, lightly and came back with only good memories.
To them, Zanshin = Just Action was a world too far away.
The veteran players ranted passionately about how having a Zanshin judgment on every key input was the very foundation of Odinson, and how you had to use it if you wanted to go to Valhalla.
But the newbies were busy just rolling and attacking. There was no way talk of Zanshin or Offset was going to register in their ears.
That was when the new game introduced a system called Modern.
Modern controls, which skipped Zanshin with a single button, were like a ray of light to them.
This was an opportunity.
Those detestable veterans.
Those veterans who clung to them before entering the arena, saying they’d be doomed without them.
A chance to pay back those split-personality psychos, who would completely change the moment they entered the arena and start teabagging them while saying newbies grew by getting beaten.

In Odinson, there was a trial by combat passed down from ancient times.
The major premise was that they would fight a Mak’gora until one side took 10 wins, and whatever the winner said was right no matter what.
That was FT10.
It wasn’t simple, it wasn’t free of prerequisite knowledge, and it didn’t end quickly.
But it was fun.
Thanks to that, even if things overheated badly, they somehow reached a conclusion, and instead, custom rooms and lurkers trying to spectate custom rooms became packed.
And while everyone was enjoying the chaos and eating popcorn together like that,
a topic appeared that would throw the disorderly gallery into a lull.

No matter how fun trolling and brawling were, hacks were a serious matter in a PvP game.

It was a tutorial map before anything had even been unlocked, so there was nothing to consider in terms of builds.
The reason Gleipnir was called Refund Guy also lay in the peculiarity of him appearing early on.
Sleipnir’s children had fairly average absolute stats. Later on, they even appeared as regular mobs, but they weren’t as difficult as in the early section.
In the very late game, there was even a section where two of them attacked at once in a cramped room.
Even if multiple users clung to it and tried to research it, there was nothing to dig into.
Just as suspicions that it was a hack were growing,
the veterans who had hidden themselves from the chaos began returning one by one.
Among them were true veterans who had played Odinson since the arcade days, people who recognized this secret at a glance.

Emotes like “Sit” or “Lie Down” get a buff reducing stamina consumption if you cancel them with Zanshin.
As you probably know, unlike weapon Zanshin, the Zanshin attached to emotes has pretty tiny values.
But whether this is a bug or intentional, it can stack.
So if you keep canceling with little twitches and stack + refresh it, your stamina becomes infinite.
